The Palworld server has been stopped, not deleted, just stopped.

I have started a new 7DTD server, you can find it by searching for "survival gaming" in the search list. The full name is [PvE US] Survival Gaming.

Currently mostly default settings, 10K random map, 8 person capacity, and 90 minute day/night cycle. Over time I may make changes. The server is currently public.

Restarts are 12am, 8am, and 4pm Central time. There are warning messages.

Going forward the website will primarily be used as an advertisement/information vehicle. Some important update information may also be posted here, but that may not always be the case. The discord will be used for communication. The discord server has various sections for everything from general news/announcements, to individual server discussions, help/support forums, and voice channels. I feel using Discord for this is better than using the website since it is more fluid and engaging, and can allow for quicker exchanges, as opposed to a website forum.

So, join the Discord! https://discord.gg/hdVfVHUdWV

Today I started a second server. This one is using a pregenerated 8k map, PvE settings, and is meant to be more difficult than the normal difficulty server.

Use the menu at the top for more info, or just click here.

Server name is:

[PvE US] Survival Gaming [survivalist]

Several years ago I ran a PvE Arma2 DayZ Mod game server. For reasonsâ„¢ I eventually stopped. Back then I rented a virtual server and used a third party for all the hosting. It was costly, but worked.

For about a year now I have had a small home lab with several rack mounted servers running a variety of virtual machines connected to the internet via a 1Gb fiber connection. Recently, I started thinking about hosting my own public services and am finally making that happen. For now I'm hosting a low population 7 Dyas to Die server and various websites (including this one).

Stop on by the SG 7 Days to Die server, the name is fairly obvious:

[PvE US] Survival Gaming [normal]

More to come!
